Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Methods
All Products under this Agreement shall be shipped exclusively by EMS (Express Mail Service).
2. Shipping Areas
We ship worldwide. However, delivery may not be available to certain restricted regions due to local regulations. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your country, please contact us before placing your order.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination country. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
4. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Asia: 3–7 business days
Europe / North America: 5–12 business days
Other regions: 7–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated times and may vary depending on customs clearance and local postal conditions.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Recipient shall bear all shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

If the shipment is refused or not permitted for import by the customs authorities of the destination country, the Company shall bear no responsibility for any related issues. No returns or refunds will be accepted under such circumstances, and the Sender/Recipient shall be solely responsible for resolving the matter with the customs or relevant authorities in the destination country.
7. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to accept delivery, the shipping cost will not be refunded. Reshipping fees will apply.

10. Address Changes After Order
Once an order has been confirmed, changes to the shipping address may not be guaranteed. Any additional shipping charges incurred due to address changes will be borne by the customer.
11. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packing and shipping your order. However, if a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact your local post office directly to resolve the issue. Compensation or claims must be handled in accordance with the policies of the local postal service and EMS.
12. Partial Shipments
If some products are out of stock, we may ship the available items first and the remaining items once they become available.
13. Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated time frame, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, global health emergencies, or customs inspections.
14. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If the recipient refuses the package or fails to claim it from the local post office within the holding period, the order will be returned to us. In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and reshipping requires an additional fee.
15. Temporary Hold on EMS Service to the U.S.
Currently, EMS shipments to the United States are temporarily suspended due to changes in U.S. customs and regulations. The resumption schedule will be determined based on future U.S. policies, and we will notify you once services are reinstated.
